Bostik is hiring for a 3rd shift position in Middleton, MA. The role offers hourly pay of $27.00–$30.00 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and day-one health benefits. Overtime may apply and hands-on training is provided in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven lab testing, maintenance, problem solving, and 5S organization.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-based environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits in line with OSHA, EPA, and Bostik EHS expectations.
• Follow written instructions and SOPs to manufacture quality products.
• Maintain accurate batch sheets and retain samples.
• Handle, store, and transfer hazardous materials properly.
• Operate all equipment within the department.
• Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.

• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
