Job summary

Plastic Parts International, Inc. in Loves Park, IL is hiring Production Operators for a full-time position on 1st/2nd/3rd shifts. Training will occur on the 1st shift during the first two weeks, with shifts from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

The role includes operating molding machines, inspecting parts, packaging, and maintaining safety standards. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines
• Inspect molded parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Trim, assemble, label, and package finished products
• Complete basic production documentation and labeling requirements
• Promptly report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Work as a team to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals
