Job summary

Canadian Solar in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Production Operator II to join our manufacturing team. This role involves reading blueprints, assembling circuits, performing electrical tests, and maintaining safe, efficient production lines.

You will work a 12-hour continental shift (6pm–6am), support automated and manual assembly equipment, and contribute to quality checks and documentation. A high school diploma and 2-4 years manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Able to work a Continental Shift (12 hour shift 6pm – 6am).
• 2-4 years manufacturing/production experience.
• Demonstrated attention to quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Assemble circuits requiring fine hand assembly.
• Perform go-no-go electrical tests and inspect assemblies.
• Operate automated assembling equipment and robotic systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and process adherence on the line.
• Record inspection results and report defects.
• Prepare and load materials onto machines and workstations.
• Adhere to the Canadian Solar Code of Business Conduct.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
