Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring an Operator II for the 2nd shift at our Manawa, WI production site. You will support the production team, run packaging processes, load materials, and monitor quality while maintaining accurate records.

This role requires prior machine operation experience in manufacturing and clear communication to follow procedures and safety standards. The position offers a regular full-time schedule (2:45 pm – 1:00 am, Monday–Thursday) with a base pay of $26.81 per hour plus a $0.55

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions and process documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers
• Complete quality checks
