Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is seeking an Operator II on the 2nd shift to support the Production team. You will inspect materials, load raw materials, set up machines, record data, perform changeovers, and complete quality checks in a food production setting.

The role is full-time, 2:45 pm to 1 am, Monday through Thursday, with a $26.81 base plus $0.55 shift premium. Prior manufacturing experience, ability to follow instructions, and strong communication are required; food manufacturing is a

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food production.

About the Role:

The Operator II role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers
• Complete quality checks

This full-time role pays $26.81 + $0.55 shift premium. Hours are 2:45 pm - 1am, Monday - Thursday.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator
