TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is seeking a Line Worker for 2nd shift to support the Production team. You will perform packaging, setup, and line adjustments to improve efficiency and quality across the plant.

This full-time role pays $22.19 per hour with a $0.55 shift differential on the 2nd shift, and schedules 2:00pm-10:00pm or 3:00pm-1:00am depending on building. We value attentiveness to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Computer usage for documenting production information and printing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Pickup materials from pallets and place on conveyors.
• Manually package finished goods.
• Set up and adjust line equipment.
• Assist with deep cleans and changeovers.
• Complete paperwork and quality checks.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. you'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Setting up and adjusting line equipment
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $22.19/hour, plus a $0.55 shift differential on 2nd shift in Handpack and Downtown. Hours vary between 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday - Friday or 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday - Thursday depending on which building you're working in.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
