Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is seeking a Floater for the 2nd shift to support the Production team and drive improvements across the plant. The role involves material handling, manual packaging, cleaning, and changeovers, with quality checks and paperwork completion.

The full-time position pays $23.23 per hour plus a $0.65 shift differential for 2nd shift, with hours 2:00pm-10:00pm. Candidates should follow instructions, communicate effectively, and have experience in manufacturing, preferably

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/process documents and provide effective communication, both verbal and written.
Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork.

Responsibilities

The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.
Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
Manually packaging finished goods
Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
Completing paperwork and quality checks
