Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is hiring a Floater for the 2nd shift to support the Production team and drive performance improvements across the plant. You will contribute by handling material movement, packaging, cleaning, and documentation, while supporting changeovers and quality checks.

The full-time role runs 2:00pm–10:00pm with a base pay of $23.23/hr plus a $0.65 shift differential. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must follow work instructions and documented processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably food manufacturing.
• Proficient in using a computer to document production data and print paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials from pallets and place on conveyors.
• Manually package finished goods.
• Assist with deep cleans and changeovers.
• Complete paperwork and perform quality checks.
