Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a manufacturing operator in Wilsonville, Oregon to operate automated molding machinery and support production targets. You will ensure smooth component flow, perform changeovers, and document quality results in line with procedures.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, comfortable with safety toe shoes and safety glasses, and able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 1 year of work experience.
• Must have either a High School Diploma or GED.
• Employees must wear safety toe shoes and safety glasses; background check and pre-employment drug testing are required.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• TE Connectivity’s Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every Team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity’s EH&S procedures.

What your background should look like

At least 18 years of age, 1 year work experience, Must have either a High School Diploma or GED, All employees will need to wear safety toe shoes and safety glasses. Background check and pre-employment drug testing required.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.00/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
