Job summary

TE Connectivity’s molding team operates automated molding equipment, handling changeovers and quality checks to support safe, efficient production. You will document results per quality procedures while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following EH&S rules.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, 1 year in manufacturing, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities in English. PPE is required; drug screening and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• 1 year work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Wear safety toe shoes and safety glasses (PPE).
• Background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
• Basic computer skills and good communication in English.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs, push 45 lbs, pull 55 lbs.

Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every Team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity’s EH&S procedures.

• Make and prepare boxes for components
• Packaging components
• Weighing components
• Monitoring Machine equipment
• Arrange for repair and maintenance as required
• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow company and department guidelines, procedures and policies
• Maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area
• Other duties as assigned

What Your Background Should Look Like

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• 1 year work experience

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $17.00/Hour + 12% Shift Differential = $19.04/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
