Job summary

ZF LIFETEC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Production Operator I to support inflator assembly and post-processing on the production line. Under supervision you will perform routine tasks, load/unload materials, and help maintain 5S housekeeping in the area.

You will rotate through stations, participate in on-the-job training, and assist with quality checks and documentation to ensure traceability and safety standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing, rework and preventative maintenance instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to push, pull or lift 40 lbs regularly and perform continuous, active, physical effort. Prolonged standing and use of safety equipment are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production activities including assembling and post-processing of inflators.
• Transfers, stocks, loads/unloads materials for production lines and operates machinery with minor latitude in method.
• Conducts quality procedures/audits and visual inspections of inflators and parts; ensure traceability and documentation.
