BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Manually compound, filter, and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates.
• Movement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse.

CORERESPONSIBILITIES

• Compounding - compounding of liquid flavors and/or intermediates
• Filtering - Filtering of liquid compounded batches
• Filling - filling of liquid finished goods for shipment
• Running - the movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse.
• All areas - work is executed within the departments according to quality expectations

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 months' time in service after completion of core new hire department-specific training
• No current written warnings for attendance
• No written warnings for safety issues in the last six months
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills - fosters positive relationships with team members.
• Adhere to standard site promotion qualifications.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills.
• Compliance with systems/programs similar to Givaudan's Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs, as well as applicable local, state, and federal regulations and third-party certifications.
• Fork truck certification is required.
