Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking General Factory Laborers in Blaine, MN to support production operations. The role starts with a 6am to 4:30pm shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime Fridays as needed, at a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, reading work orders, recording production data, moving materials (including forklift use at Level II), inspecting finished work, and adhering to safety rules to maintain equipment and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes.
• Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools for product processing.
• Read work orders and follow instructions for assignments.
• Track and record daily production data.
• Move materials manually or using forklifts (Level II).
• Load/unload materials and inspect completed work for defects.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain equipment.
