Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking motivated Material Handlers / Production Operators to support a growing manufacturing operation in Rogers, Minnesota.

The role involves moving materials, feeding lines, packaging finished products, operating forklifts and clamp trucks, and keeping a clean, safe work environment. Training will be provided, no prior experience required.

Compensation ranges by shift from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks after training.
• Able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• English and Spanish speaking employees are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with the materials needed to keep operations running.
• Stage rolls and finished products at production machines.
• Assist machine operators with roll changes, screen changes, sheet breaks, and changeovers.
• Band, label, and package finished products according to work orders.
• Enter production and scrap weights into the computer accurately.
• Verify skid tags, labels, and product information before shipment.
• Empty scrap containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping aisles, stacking pallets, and removing trash.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Help lift and move materials safely when required.
