International Packaging Inc in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a General Production Worker for full-time hours. Pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with 1st shift (6:00 am-2:30 pm) or 2nd shift (2:00 pm-10:30 pm).

The role involves operating equipment, inspecting materials for quality, moving between machines, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Prior warehouse/production experience is preferred; commuting to Brooklyn Park or relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year of warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Manual dexterity, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
• Other Requirements: Ability to reliably commute to Brooklyn Park, MN or plan to relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and use tools such as tape guns with accuracy and care.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Move between machines, racks, and work areas as part of daily responsibilities.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Support production flow and team efficiency across multiple departments to meet and exceed their run rate goals.
