Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring general laborers for a growing Manitowoc manufacturer. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning something new daily, and helping produce quality products, this could be the perfect fit.

You will load/unload materials, operate production equipment and basic hand tools, inspect products, package for shipment, and keep the area clean. Shifts: 1st 5:00am–3:00pm; 2nd 2:00pm–midnight. Pay: 1st $19.00/hr; 2nd $19.00/hr plus $1.25 shift premium.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Able to wear required safety equipment, including a respirator.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a manufacturing environment producing and finishing products.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Operate production equipment and basic hand tools.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and prepare products for shipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
