Qualifications

• Must pass Multi Modal Training (DOT 49 CFR, IMDG & IATA).
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate cylinder labels and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for production batches.
• Load and unload Gas Cylinders and other products on and off Route Trucks and Trailers.
• Prepare cylinders by painting, scraping, and labeling; maintain and clean work areas.
• Complete shipping documents and verify accurate processing of customer orders.
• Operate a forklift proficiently to move cylinders and materials as needed.
• Move cylinders by handcarts, handling weights up to 300 pounds.

Production Operator – Gas Cylinder Filling

Location: Kingman, AZ, United States

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for Minimal Database Maintenance
• Generate cylinder labels and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for production batches
• And you will perfom data entry and filing to support operational workflow
• Responsible for the loading and unloading of Gas Cylinders and other products on and off Route Trucks and Trailers
• You will be responsible for cylinder preparation by painting and scraping cylinders, filling customer orders, proper cylinder labeling, valve preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of work areas
• You are expected to complete shipping documents and verification of accurate processing of customer orders
• Work safely with and around documents and verify accurate processing of customer orders
• Operate a forklift proficiently to move cylinders and materials as needed
• Move cylinders via handcarts, handling weights up to 300 pounds

Qualifications

• You have a High School Diploma or GED
• Communicate clearly and effectively in all work situations
• Bring cylinder and/or gas handling experience, which is preferred
• Forklift Operation experience is a plus
• You have the ability to work in a production area that may require: Standing, bending, stooping, and or lifting for extended periods throughout the day
• Exhibit a strong work ethic with good attendance and professional attitude
• Able to lift 40 plus pounds without assistance
• Pass a respirator fit test to use a half mask for painting work
• You must be able to pass Multi Modal Training. (DOT 49 CFR, IMDG & IATA)
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
• You have the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
