Job summary

Avient in Illinois is hiring an entry-level Production Associate to perform weigh-up or packaging duties in the production department. You will help ensure the highest quality products at the lowest cost while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements in line with Avient policies.

This role offers a safe, team-focused environment with competitive benefits. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) Sunday–Thursday, with overtime as needed and a bi-annual
