Job summary

Avient is seeking a Production Operator to set up and operate equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals for customer products, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. You will also be responsible for machine maintenance, quality control, data recording, and safety compliance.

Starting pay is $18.21 per hour with a $1 shift differential for off shifts. Second shift runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and third shift 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday, with competitive benefits and a
