Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is hiring Production Associates at the Corrugated facility in Sheboygan, WI. The role requires flexibility to work all shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as needed. Starting pay is $22 per hour with a $3 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shifts are 1st: 6 AM–2 PM, 2nd: 2 PM–10 PM, 3rd: 10 PM–6 AM (starts Sunday night). You will operate equipment, monitor controls, troubleshoot to optimize production, and perform basic asset care in a loud, high‑volume plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or military environments.
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and wear safety equipment.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve hours a day in a loud, industrial environment.
