Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment OR completion of post-high school education in manufacturing/industrial.

Responsibilities

• Operate the line with minimal supervision, maintaining productivity, waste and quality targets.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments on line equipment.
• Promote safety and participate in process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and shift supervisors.
• Monitor equipment and entry into control systems to ensure product specifications.
