Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is hiring Production Associates at our Corrugated facility in Mogadore, OH. The role offers hourly pay with a shift differential and requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a loud industrial environment.

Two shifts rotate (7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM); a fixed night shift is also available (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Orientation starts on first shift, and overtime/holidays/weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

Experience of at least one year in an industrial setting.
Basic math and measurement skills (e.g., using a tape measure).

Responsibilities

Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve hours a day in a non climate controlled, loud environment.
Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems.
Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
