Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift at our Milwaukee facility. This role involves running multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced production environment in the Sort and Pack Department.
Pay starts at $21 per hour with potential for higher compensation for qualified candidates. We offer weekly pay, gainsharing bonuses, a 401(k) match with profit sharing, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and PTO.
Charter Wire’s 81st Street facility is currently looking to fill a 1st shift manufacturing job in our Sort and Pack Department. Production Operators will run multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment.
Pay Range - $21 starting, or higher for highly qualified candidates
Shift - 1st 6am - 2pm

Sort and Pack Department Operators ensure accuracy and efficiency by packing parts, spotting machine issues, and working together to keep production flowing. Our top performing employees have a sharp eye for detail and are team players in this fast-paced, hands-on position.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, but if you don’t have it that’s okay! We will pay for you to get your GED through an accredited program!
