Charter Manufacturing in Milwaukee is seeking a NIGHT SHIFT Machine Operator to weld, package, set up lines, inspect quality, and move materials with forklifts and overhead cranes. Prior machine operator experience is a plus, and pay starts at $21.00 per hour with a $2.25 shift premium.

ABOUT OUR POSITION

MACHINE OPERATOR: This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus. Check out our job description video : Production Operator at Charter Wire – Menomonee Valley

STARTING PAY:$21.00+ depending on experience **PLUS 2.25 shift premium (**with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)

SHIFT : Night Shift (6PM – 6AM)

SCHEDULE : 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working – 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay)
