Charter Wire’s 81st Street facility in Milwaukee is hiring a Production Operator for the 2nd shift. You will run up to four stamping machines, perform inspections, and troubleshoot basic issues to meet exact quality standards.

You’ll join a team focused on safety and efficiency in a high-volume environment, with weekly pay, gainsharing bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

This facility has several production areas, each with multiple levels for Production employees to pursue when they’re ready.Stamping Department Operators run up to four stamping machines to ensure we are making very specialized parts that will meet customers’ quality requirements.
