Charter Wire’s Milwaukee facility produces parts for global customers with a strong emphasis on quality. As a Production Operator in the Sort and Pack Department, you will run multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced, hands-on role, ensuring accuracy and steady production flow.

We offer a starting pay of $21 per hour, weekly pay, bonus programs from day one, a 401(k) match with profit sharing, and comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance plus PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, but if you don’t have it we will pay for your GED.
• You must be able to work safely and meet the minimum physical requirements.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are required.

Responsibilities
