Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a dependable Production Associate for our Kingman facility to support manufacturing of quality products. You will follow SOPs, operate equipment, and manage batch tickets while ensuring safety and strong housekeeping on the floor.

Ideal candidates have prior production experience, reliable transportation, and a good attendance record. Role includes overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment with ERP/shop floor systems.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong reliability.
• Experience in a production environment and forklift experience appreciated.
• Good communication, dependable attendance, and safe work habits.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime.
• Familiarity with ERP/shop floor systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling and packaging.
• Follow batch tickets and read work orders; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain high stocking levels of components and perform quality testing.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as trained; follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Attend all training programs and adhere to OSHA and Henry safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support KPI targets.
