Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Production Associate at our Kingman facility to support manufacturing of quality products. The role emphasizes adherence to Safety Policies & Procedures, quality control, and operation of mechanical equipment on the production line.

The position requires a self-motivated, dependable individual with forklift experience, strong attendance, and flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and able to work with little supervision.
• Previous production experience and reliable transportation.
• Dependable with a good attendance record.
• Experience safely operating a forklift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
• Safely use and maintain operating equipment such as forklifts, pumps, mixers, valves; keep area clean.
• Read and follow batch tickets and work orders; record data accurately.
• Maintain inventory levels and prepare components for packaging per batch tickets.
• Record data on batch tickets, logs, and KPI targets; support quality testing.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as trained.
• Follow SOPs and OSHA safety standards; attend training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
