Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a production operator for the Lithia Springs, GA site to support manufacturing of exterior building products. The role runs 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed.

Pay is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, full-time, with comprehensive benefits starting day 1 and opportunities for advancement. Candidate will operate machines, read production orders, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Able to read a production order and follow procedures.
• Detail- and quality-oriented with dependable work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and guide line helpers to meet production goals.
• Read and understand production orders and document materials produced.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on the line.
• Use forklift, crane and hand tools; communicate with team and supervisors.
