  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production standards
  • Perform machine changeovers and make adjustments to meet product specifications and maintain optimal performance
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain optimal run rates
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues; escalation as needed
  • Prepare, stage, and transport raw materials and packaging supplies for production runs
  • Monitor product quality, perform inspections, and conduct basic product testing
  • Record production, quality, and downtime data in company systems
