Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Operator in Vancouver, WA. You will operate production equipment, weigh and mix materials, and package finished goods for shipment. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Two shifts are available (2 PM - 10 PM and 10 PM - 6:30 AM) with competitive weekly pay and benefits. Previous production experience is valued, along with adherence to safety procedures and 5S housekeeping practices.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of production/ manufacturing/ packaging/ warehouse experience
  • Ability to perform detailed tasks with speed and accuracy

  • Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
  • Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following production instructions
  • Package finished products into containers, pails, drums, or cartons
  • Label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and report issues as needed
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Complete production records and required documentation
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
  • Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements
  • Assist with material handling using pallet jacks or forklifts when needed
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
