Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Converting Utility B at our Kentucky facility in Vanceburg to assist the Operator in producing a high-quality product safely and efficiently on first and second shifts.

Responsibilities include setting up and assisting on slitter and die cutter equipment, hand trimming, packaging, and ensuring safety standards are met. Reading a ruler and basic math are required, with overtime availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Be available for overtime.
• Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc.
• Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16 inch.
• Ensure consistent attendance and adapt to non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Uphold THM safety practices to keep the workplace safe, professional and clean.
• Clean, inspect, and stack product per standards or customer requirements.
• Assist Operator with machine upkeep and setup for runs.
• Support coworkers to maintain production levels.
• Package materials according to Coroplast standards and perform hand trims as required.
• Operate and assist with die cutter and slitter operations.
• Notify Supervisor of issues or defects.
