Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America Bruce is seeking a Day Production Operator on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:30am to 4:30pm. No experience required; training provided. You will work across plant areas handling ingredients and finished products, measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing, and stacking.

DFA emphasizes safety, GMP, and quality, with a focus on leaving work in the same condition as arrival. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a 3-week paid vacation after initial period.

Qualifications

DFA Bruce has an immediate opening for Day Production Operator . No experience required; training provided. This position will work a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:30am-4:30pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in different areas of the plant handling ingredients and finished products by measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing, and stacking.
• Keep warehouse and production floor organized.
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
• Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive.
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Adhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity.
• Attend required training, including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
