Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America Bruce is seeking a Day Production Operator on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:30am to 4:30pm. No experience required; training provided. You will work across plant areas handling ingredients and finished products, measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing, and stacking.

DFA emphasizes safety, GMP, and quality, with a focus on leaving work in the same condition as arrival. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a 3-week paid vacation after initial period.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work weekends/holidays if needed.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate in different plant areas handling ingredients and finished products.
• Measure, batch, mix, bag, organize, and stack items.
• Maintain organized warehouse and production floors.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality requirements and report nonconformities.
