Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) Bruce is seeking a Day Production Operator to join our team on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:30am to 4:30pm. No experience required; training provided.

This role involves measuring, batching, mixing, bagging and stacking ingredients and finished products, keeping the production floor organized, and ensuring safety and GMP compliance in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Able to work weekends or holidays, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Measure, batch, mix, bag, and stack ingredients and finished products.
• Keep warehouse and production floor organized.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Follow GMP and DFA policies and report nonconformity.
• Attend required training including Safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
