Job summary

Agropur Cooperative’s Little Chute, Wisconsin plant seeks a Production Operator for the day shift. You will perform daily production tasks, ensure product quality to customer specs, and act as a flexible floater across departments to support operations.

The role offers a 7am-7pm schedule, Sundays double-time, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement within a major dairy producer. Pair with stable work-life balance in a large cooperative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Basic math and reading instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production tasks and ensure cheese meets specifications (fat, moisture, piece count).
• Serve as a floater across production areas and assist all departments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and others in the plant.
• Follow standard work methods and complete required documentation.
