Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.
• Experience in field/manufacturing environment not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily on the production line(s) ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately complete quality and production reports hourly; inspect products to prevent defects.
• Report quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership.
• Adhere to NIagara's GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain general housekeeping in production areas and related spaces.
• Maintain adequate raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance as an essential function.
• Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as demand dictates.
