Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow GMP/food safety guidelines and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production floor activities to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory levels to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Adhere to 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3) and be punctual.
