Job summary

Protocase Inc. is hiring Production Operators for our Wilmington, North Carolina operation. This on-site role offers Day or Afternoon shifts with overtime as needed. No prior manufacturing experience is required for most production areas; comprehensive training is provided.

You will learn across fabrication, assembly, inspection and CNC areas, following set procedures and quality standards to deliver our custom sheet metal enclosures and parts to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required for most areas.
• Ability to safely perform hands-on production work and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production tools, machinery or equipment after training.
• Manufacture, finish, assemble, inspect or package custom products.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions and drawings.
• Inspect work to meet quality standards.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Identify problems and seek support when needed.
• Adjust to changing customer requirements and production priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Learn additional production areas as skills grow.
