This role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following established processes and quality standards. Production Technicians ensure production lines run smoothly, identify issues quickly, and contribute to a safe and high-performing workplace.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Operate, monitor, and adjust automated and semi-automated production equipment to maintain consistent product quality and output.* Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products, identifying defects and escalating issues when needed.* Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance.* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.* Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and identifying quality risks.* Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and safe equipment operation.* Assist with material handling, loading and unloading, and line changeovers as required.* Support training efforts by sharing knowledge, demonstrating processes, and assisting new associates.**Qualifications:*** Previous experience in manufacturing, equipment operation, or a similar environment preferred.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.* Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Basic computer skills for documentation and equipment interfaces.* Reliability, integrity, and commitment to quality and safety.**Work Environment and Schedule*** Fully onsite.* Standard schedule: fixed 12-hour shifts (day or night depending on assigned team).* Work performed around production equipment and in confined spaces.* PPE required including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and other items based on assigned area.**Physical Requirements:**This position requires ongoing physical activity throughout a 12-hour shift, including:* Standing for up to 12 hours* Bending and lifting consistently for 12 hours, up to 50 lbs* Walking and traversing production areas for 12 hours* Close attention to detail for up to 12 hours* Viewing flashing stack lights and other visual production cues* Pushing and pulling for up to 12 hours, up to 50 lbs* Reaching forward and downward regularly**Illuminate USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
