Come join us on this journey to create a brighter, more sustainable future in the Columbus area.**The Production Supervisor supervises the daily activities of a production area to ensure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved. Other main responsibilities include: Coordinating work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity. Monitoring production activity, identifying process problems, troubleshooting causes and developing solutions. Suggesting improvements to improve efficiency and safety. Delivering or coordinating staff training and on-boarding new staff.
