The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **leading large teams in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment**, with extensive experience in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and quality across all facets of production.In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of production areas, ensuring that production goals are met or exceeded while adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
