Job summary

Illuminate USA is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our night shift at the Pataskala, Ohio facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair essential industrial machinery to ensure reliable production at our state-of-the-art solar panel factory.

The role requires hands-on work, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. You will work with electrical and mechanical systems, perform alignments, welding, fabrication as needed, and operate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; skilled trade degree strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience in equipment maintenance or industrial machinery.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Effective planning, coordination, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, performing timely repairs or component replacements.
• Interpret and use schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to resolve challenges.
• Operate and manage tools and heavy equipment (forklifts, aerial lifts, hoists, cranes) to move or position machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in the tracking system.
