Rolling-Hills-Nut-Company in Hickman, CA is seeking a Production Operator to run almond processing equipment and support production and warehouse tasks. You will monitor machinery, load/unload, maintain records, and follow GMP and safety policies.

This role requires 1–3 years in food manufacturing, forklift experience, basic math, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends. Team players welcome.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or nut processing environment.
• Basic math skills required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor processing equipment including meal line, butter mill, batch roaster, oil and dry roasters, and slicing machines
• Set up, start, adjust, and shut down machinery according to standard procedures
• Monitor product quality (color, size, texture, and defects) and reports any discrepancies.
• Identify and report equipment issues; perform minor troubleshooting as needed
• Safely operate forklift and pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods
• Load and unload bins, equipment, and production lines
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records with full traceability
• Perform routine equipment and forklift inspections
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas as required
• Follow all safety, GMP, SQF, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist in other production or warehouse tasks as needed
