Job summary

Rolling-Hills-Nut-Company in Hickman, CA is seeking a full-time Sanitation Operator to ensure food safety and sanitation in processing areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, maintain logs, and coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet GMP standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3 years of sanitation experience, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish. Must be able to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays, and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English (Spanish bilingual preferred).
• Understanding of sanitation fundamentals and chemical handling.
• Must be comfortable with heights; Boom Lift/Ladders exposure.
• Attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.
• Ability to work full-time including overtime, Mon-Fri with some Saturdays.
• Team-oriented and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Clean according to schedule using specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance.
• Keep accurate logs of cleaning activities.
