Kaidi LLC in Grand Haven, MI is seeking Production Operators for the 1st shift to help launch our new manufacturing plant. You'll operate laser cutters, welders, powder coat line, conveyors, and assembly stations while building a capable, safety-focused team.

This hands-on role offers a 4-10s schedule with 3-day weekends, competitive pay from $18 to $22 per hour, and a benefits package. If you're reliable, a strong communicator, and eager to learn across departments, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on production experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as laser cutters, press brakes, welders, a powder coat line, conveyors, and assembly stations.
• Ensure high-quality production to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Work with production leads to meet schedules with minimal disruption.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
