We are offering a compensation of $17.00 per hour for this position, which is structured as a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 5:30am to 4:00pm (requires availability for scheduled overtime and weekends)
• Evening Shift: 4:00pm to 2:30am (requires availability for scheduled overtime and weekends)

Role Overview

The primary objective for this position is to ensure the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality goods. You will be tasked with assembling components or fitting parts together into finished units or subassemblies, working either at a conveyor line or a dedicated workstation. This process may involve utilizing specialized assembly tools, power equipment, or basic hand tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Configure and manage production machinery
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment, utilizing ergonomic aids or automation when available
• Provide necessary relief coverage for other team members
• Help maintain consistent production flow by using manual equipment to replenish raw materials and parts
• Support efficient operations by transporting work-in-progress materials between production zones
• Ensure high standards by performing regular quality inspections on finished goods
• Contribute to a safe and organized environment by maintaining a clean workspace
• Adapt to changing plant requirements by taking on various additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Capable of regularly lifting weights up to 45lbs
• Comfortable performing frequent bending, twisting, and reaching motions
• Able to lift and transfer 30lbs at waist height on a consistent basis
• Maintain physical stamina to stand or walk for extended durations
• Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory
