Kaidi LLC in Grand Haven, MI, is seeking motivated Production Operators for our 1st shift to build and operate equipment across laser cutting, welding, powder coating and assembly. The role follows a 4–10s schedule with 3-day weekends, joining a fast-paced, hands-on team shaping a new manufacturing line.

Candidates with 2+ years of metal manufacturing experience and the ability to read work instructions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
