Caliberr Staffing in Grand Rapids, Michigan seeks a Production Operator to support safe, efficient manufacturing of high-quality goods. You will assemble components or fit parts on a conveyor line or at a dedicated workstation, using basic hand tools or power equipment as needed.

This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity offering $17.00 per hour. Available shifts include Day 5:30am–4:00pm and Evening 4:00pm–2:30am, with overtime and weekend availability encouraged to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs regularly.
• Able to lift 30 lbs at waist height consistently.
• Drug screening mandatory.
• Background check as part of hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage production machinery.
• Load and unload equipment with ergonomic aids.
• Provide necessary relief coverage for other team members.
• Replenish raw materials and parts to maintain production flow.
• Transport work-in-progress materials between zones.
• Perform regular quality inspections on finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Take on additional tasks as plant needs evolve.
