Job summary

TTM Technologies is hiring a Screening Operator for the Denver area. The role runs on the 2nd shift from 3:00–11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential training on a different schedule. You will process panels, operate the Printar screening system, inspect nozzles, and apply ink for legend screening and soldermask.

Safety training is included and appropriate PPE is provided. Education requires a high school diploma or GED; no prior experience is necessary as training is provided.

Qualifications

  • No experience required; training provided.
  • PCB manufacturing experience preferred; general manufacturing helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Process panels according to Screening and Soldermask work instructions.
  • Operate Printar automatic screening system and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Inspect spray nozzles, service as necessary, and verify nozzle pressure.
  • Mix and apply ink for legend screening and soldermask.
  • Inspect panels for defects, full coverage, and ink contamination.
  • Cure or strip soldermask following written instructions.
  • Screen panels with constant squeegee pressure and speed.
  • Tack-dry in conveyor oven.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and receive annual safety training.

Job description

Screening Operator

2nd shift schedule of 3:00‑11:30 PM, Monday‑Friday. Initial training may be required on a different schedule.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process panels according to Screening and Soldermask work instructions.
  • Operate Printar automatic screening system and perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
  • Inspect spray nozzles, service as necessary, and verify nozzle pressure.
  • Properly mix and apply ink for legend screening and soldermask.
  • Inspect panels for defects, full coverage, and ink contamination.
  • Cure soldermask or strip soldermask as required, following written work instructions.
  • Screen panels using constant squeegee pressure and speed.
  • Tack‑dry in conveyor oven.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including keeping the area clean, organized, and using appropriate safety equipment. Receive annual RCRA and safety training.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Solid knowledge of math.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of chemistry and electroplating processes preferred.
  • Ability to work around chemicals.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to perform visual inspection.
  • Ability to produce quality work under pressure.
  • Understand and follow daily work direction and process instructions in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a noisy environment (hearing protection provided).
  • Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours.
Education and Experience

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Required Experience: No experience required. Training will be provided for candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.

Preferred Experience: Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred; general manufacturing experience helpful.

Compensation Range

$37,938 – $59,967. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonus; shift premium for alternative shifts.
